Refund policy

We want you to love your Crystal Memory Orb. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item, and will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
